It’s funny because the people I associate with all do drugs, but happy kinds. Kinds that make them artsy and expressive.

The people I associate with are not from this area, however.

The area I am from contains people that do sad drugs. They become addicts and their lives spiral out of control.

Based on what happened to my family through drugs, I am horrified of them. There are many times I have said that I wanted to try certain things that I have never tried, and being a hypochondriac I think I would psych myself out if I tried them.

There are very basic drugs that I have tried - along the lines of caffiene and alcohol, and another you might consider more of a “drug” in the traditional sense - but the others will probably always remain fantasy for me. 

Until I meet someone that can make me feel completely comfortable taking the very few drugs I would like to try, I would guess that I will always be too fearful of having a bad trip by my own worryworting or dying or something. Though I will say that as I get older that fear lessens…
